Maclynn Brinton
CO-FOUNDER and PRESIDENT
Maclynn Brinton, Co-Founder and President, established InfoGard Laboratories in 1993. In 1995 InfoGard was the first Security laboratory to be federally accredited. Recently, InfoGard was approved by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to certify and audit applications and installed systems for Electronic Prescriptions for Controlled Substances (EPCS). Prior to founding InfoGard, Mac was a Vice President of TRW and General Manager of TRW Electronic Products Inc., the largest supplier of Secured Tactical Equipment to the National Security Agency (NSA).
Mike Abell
ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mike Abell, Financial Consultant, has been the Acting Chief Financial Officer for InfoGard for the past three years. Mike’s financial experience of 30-plus years includes holding the positions of Plant Controller; Controller; Operations Manager; Finance Director; Director of Financial Planning and Analysis; and Staff Vice President of Finance in the Electronic Manufacturing, Defense and Space, and Professional Services Industries.
Douglas Biggs
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PLANNING
Doug Biggs is the Director of Strategic Planning for InfoGard Laboratories. His 14 years of experience at InfoGard include the development of Security Evaluation programs, Security standards, and Testing procedures.
Ken Kolstad
VICE PRESIDENT and GENERAL MANAGER
Ken Kolstad, Vice President and General Manager, has more than 30 years' experience in Program Management and Management Training in the Defense, Aerospace and Information Technology (IT) Security industries, first with TRW and for the past 13 years with InfoGard Laboratories. Ken has managed IT Systems Support and Software Development and served as a Director of Project Management for multiple companies throughout the United States and Canada.
Mark Minnoch
CRYPTOGRAPHIC/SECURITY TESTING LABORATORY DIRECTOR and FIPS 140-2 PROGRAM MANAGER
Mark Minnoch is the Cryptographic and Security Testing Laboratory Director and Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 Program Manager for InfoGard. He has over 25 years' experience in high-tech industries including Programming, Commercial Systems, Networking Management, and Information Security.
Mark Shin
EAST COAST OPERATIONS MANAGER and SENIOR EXECUTIVE ENGINEER
Mark Shin manages the East Coast operations for InfoGard Laboratories Inc. in Virginia. He joined the company in 1998 and has served in various Evaluation positions, including Cryptographic Algorithm Validation Tester, FIPS 140-1 and FIPS 140-2 Certified Tester, Physical Security Evaluation Manager, Postal Evaluation Manager and Senior Security Engineer.
Melanie Springer
BUSINESS MANAGER
Melanie Springer is the Business Manager at InfoGard Laboratories. In her 14-year career at InfoGard, Melanie has consistently aided the company in meeting new challenges and growth opportunities. In her current, primary role, Melanie supervises Accounting, Human Resources, and Contracts.
Stephen Wilson
SENIOR MANAGER
Stephen Wilson is a Senior Manager at InfoGard with 30 years' experience in sales and management. Stephen oversees the operations of InfoGard's testing division of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) program under the Authorized Testing Certification Body (ATCB).
